Lisa Immordino Vreeland

Lisa Immordino Vreeland has been immersed in the world of fashion, art and culture for the past 25 years. Her first book was accompanied by her directorial debut of the documentary of the same name, Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has to Travel (2012). The film had its European premiere at the Venice Film Festival and its North American premiere at the Telluride Film Festival. It went on to win the Silver Hugo at the Chicago Film Festival and the fashion category for the Design of the Year Awards—otherwise known as “The Oscars” of design—at the Design Museum in London. Her second film, Peggy Guggenheim: Art Addict premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival (2015) and had its European premiere at Art Basel. Her second book, Love, Cecil came out in October 2017 to accompany the film Love, Cecil that premiered at the Telluride Film Festival in 2017. Immordino Vreeland curated and directed the award-winning short film series called Art of Style, for the digital fashion network, Made to Measure. The films explored the creative expression of innovative designers and captured their strategy of style.  She continues to create work for collectors, galleries, and museums. Her fourth film, Truman & Tennessee: An Intimate Conversation was accepted at the 2020 Telluride Film Festival, and was named both the Best Documentary Feature at the Santa Fe Independent Film Festival and the Best LGBTQ Film at the Key West Film Festival.  It was purchased by Kino Lorber in the US and is currently streaming on the Criterion Channel.

John Northrup

John Northrup is a documentary producer and editor whose work has premiered at Sundance, Tribeca, and Venice. He produced and edited twelve episodes of the award-winning documentary series Art of Style for Made to Measure on figures such as Pierpaolo Piccioli, Manolo Blahnik, and Georgia O’Keeffe. In addition to editing Kusama – Infinity (2018) on Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, and Fire Music (2021) on the free jazz movement, he produced Truman & Tennessee: An Intimate Conversation (2020), a feature documentary on the relationship between Truman Capote and Tennessee Williams. While working on numerous commercial projects in both English and French over the years, he has also co-produced the feature documentaries Peggy Guggenheim: Art Addict (2015) and Love, Cecil (2017), on famed twentieth-century British photographer/designer Cecil Beaton. Other credits include Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel (2012), on the celebrated fashion editor; Wilson In Situ (2012), on theatre legend Robert Wilson; and Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story (2017), which tells the astounding story of the Hollywood legend’s role in developing groundbreaking technology. He is currently editing Unknown Beauty: François Nars, due for release in 2023.

Aldana Vaccaro

Aldana Vaccaro was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has been working in unscripted television and documentary film production for over twenty years. She has created over 600 hours of award-winning television for top performing networks across Latin America (Viacom, AMC, Discovery, among others) through Dos Pandas, a TV production company she founded that operates in both Argentina and the US. Early in her career, she was Assistant Director on Fotografías (Photographs), a documentary feature by Andrés Di Tella, and collaborated with him on the production of film festivals such as BAFICI and the Princeton Documentary Festival. Since moving to New York, she has produced documentary and commercial projects across the US and Europe for filmmaker Lisa Immordino Vreeland, including Unknown Beauty: François Nars, a documentary feature due for release in 2023. Additional recent credits include Vice’s Black Market, hosted by Michael K. Williams, and Adidas/Puma (working title), a three-part series on the history and present-day operations of both brands due for release in 2023 on Disney+. She has written, directed, produced and edited two short films: Good, a narrative comedy which premiered at Raindance in London, and Paisaje, a documentary short film on Victoria Ocampo which was accepted at BAFICI.
